What can I expect for my first session?
At Personal Trainer Tulsa, your first session will be a time to connect with you on a personal basis. As your coach, we want to get to know you, answer your questions, and hear about your goals. During the first session, we will definitely be doing a shortened workout to get you started in our program. Come prepared to get your sweat on! After that session, your trainer will also leave you with some advice, tips, and training for you to take home and apply throughout the week. You may feel a little sore after your session, but that is what we are going for.
